MUSCAT : Total value of real estate trading in Oman recorded a rise of 16.8% during 2023, reaching OMR 1,626,400,000. Preliminary statistics issued by the National Center for Statistics and Information indicated that the fees collected for all legal transactions amounted to OMR 38.3 million, an increase of 10.9% compared to the end of July 2022.
