Muscat: The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) said that the internet services of high-speed broadband internet provider Awasr have been affected due to a technical failure that took place on Tuesday, August 29.
Meanwhile, in a statement issued to customers, Awasr said the technical team is working to resolve the issue. “We regret to inform you about an interruption of the internet service to some customers due to an outage beyond our control. Please rest assured as our technical team are working on solving the issue at the earliest,” Awasr said.
