Muscat: “Establishing, utilizing and managing a hotel facility through a canceled permit or a permit obtained in a manner of fraud or forgery, violating the general rules of decency or public order by the facility or committing acts detrimental to the country’s reputation or security are all deemed crimes punishable by fine extending to OMR 3,000, in addition to the closure of the facility,” stated a notice from Public Prosecution.
