MUSCAT : According to data issued by the National Center for Statistics and Information, the producer price index of Oman recorded a decrease of 3% in the second quarter of 2023. Prices of oil and gas products decreased by 2.5%, and non-oil products decreased by 5.5%.
The decrease in the prices of oil and gas products is attributed to the decrease in the prices of crude oil products and natural gas by 1.1%, and the prices of refined oil products by 10.3%.
