MUSCAT : “Occupying, utilizing and exploiting or disposing a tourism area or site, or establishing, exploiting or managing a hotel or tourism facility without a permit from the Ministry of heritage and Tourism are all deemed offenses,” stated the alert from Public Prosecution.
It warned offenders of fines ranging up to OMR 3000.
