MUSCAT – The monthly bulletin issued by the Central Bank of Oman indicated that the total credit balance granted by conventional commercial banks recorded an increase of 5.1% by the end of June 2023, to reach OMR 20.2 billion.
On the other hand, the total investment of traditional commercial banks in securities decreased by 5.9%, to about OMR 4.6 billion by the end of June.
