MUSCAT : Oman has been globally ranked 11th in the return on real estate investment index issued by the tax advisory company Nomad Capitalist. Along with the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, Oman came up as one of the best Arab countries in the real estate investment return index and in the price-to-income ratio factor. In net rental income, which calculates the percentage of total rent received in a year compared to the price of an apartment in the city center, the rate in Oman was recorded as 7.2%.
The Nomad Real Estate Return Index is designed to track the performance of real estate markets in 103 different countries, including both developed and developing real estate markets, and measure the true value of real estate.
