MUSCAT : The Board of Directors of Oman Olympic Committee (OOC) today approved Oman’s participation in the 19th Asian Games, which will be held in the Republic of China from 23 September to 8 October.
Oman will participate in seven sports: athletics, weightlifting, sailing, shooting, hockey, beach volleyball and swimming.
This was unveiled during an OOC meeting chaired by Khalid Mohammed Al Zubair, head of the OOC.
