Muscat: The Higher Education Admission Centre (HEAC) of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation announced that there are currently 28,832 seats available across various higher education opportunities for the 2023/24 academic year.
These seats include government higher education institutions, internal scholarships, private sector grants for studying in private higher education institutions, foreign scholarships, and grants from other countries.
