MUSCAT : Inspection campaigns conducted by the Ministry of Labour led to the arrest of over a thousand expatriate workers, who were in violation of Articles 27 and 28 of the Labour Law.
Of the apprehended workers, 731 were self employed and 265 worked for different employers.
