MUSCAT : The Authority for Public Services Regulation has ordered Namaa Water Services Company to review the invoices of the affected subscribers, and delete the amounts that were charged from the consumers in violation of the regulatory frameworks. The PRA confirms its keenness to follow up the licensed companies to ensure their compliance with the regulatory frameworks that guarantee the subscriber their rights.
