MUSCAT : The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism launched the “Change the atmosphere” campaign on June 15, to be continued until August 31, to activate the local tourism movement during the summer season and introduce new heritage and tourist sites. Through the campaign, the Ministry aims to positively benefit the tourism sector partners.
The campaign includes the promotion of closed places such as museums, commercial and entertainment centers, moderate-temperature places such as Jabal Shams and Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar, and the beaches of Al-Sharqiyah South Governorate and Al-Wusta Governorate, in addition to marine activities and experiences that can be practiced here.

As part of the campaign, tour companies are offering cruises and adventure tours, complete with accommodation offers, entertainment center offers, and shopping and restaurant offers. It is noteworthy that the promotion of the campaign in the summer comes in cooperation with tourism sector partners and commercial centers, through various promotional means, including social networking sites, local radio stations, external digital screens, social media influencers, and others.
