MUSCAT : According to the data issued by the National Centre for Statistics and Information, Salalah received around 813,000 visitors during the Khareef season in 2022, witnessing an increase of 6% over the number of visitors in the previous year.
NCSI further notes that visitors spent over OMR 86 million in Salalah during the Khareef season in 2022, out of which 32% was spent on lodging alone.
