MUSCAT – The explanatory statement from CAA clarified that the circulating news is not accurate, as the information it contained was not issued by the Authority and that the tender offered was for the appointment of a specialized consultant to prepare a feasibility study for the lands located around Ras Al Hadd Airport; as well as to suggest the best use of them, and investment opportunities in them. The feasibility study, it noted, would follow three stages, namely: economic feasibility study, investment market study, and preparation of designs for these lands as per the results of those studies.
