MUSCAT : The Sultan Qaboos Higher Center for Culture and Science has announced the opening of registration for those wishing to participate in the 31st session of the Sultan Qaboos Holy Quran Competition.
Registration will be open via the competition website from May 9 to July 16, 2023.
