MUSCAT: Popular Indian stand up comic Rahul Subramanian is set to bring his latest comedy special titled ‘Who Are You?’ to Oman Convention Centre, Muscat this March.
Taking the stage on Friday, 17th March for his maiden show in the city, Rahul is keen to give the audience a rib-tickling comedy experience by showcasing his distinct observations. He is known to see the funny in the most banal situations of life and present it to the audience. Talking about his performance, Rahul said “I am excited to be coming to Muscat! I have heard a lot about the city and how beautiful it is. Looking forward to trying some local food, meeting my audience there and putting up a brilliant show! I can’t wait!”
Ever since turning his back on an MBA to take up comedy as a New Year’s resolution, Mumbai-born Tamilian, Rahul has won the favour of critics and audiences alike. He’s goofy, yet understated, with clever writing underpinning his silly takes on everyday observations. After winning the first ever Youtube Comedy Hunt in the year 2015, there was no looking back for Rahul. His special ‘KAL MAIN UDEGA’ was well received by audiences. It changed the course of stand-up comedy specials on Amazon Prime Video India.

He debuted his new stand-up special ‘IS THIS EVEN COMEDY’ at the world-renowned Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2019 and toured his crowd work show across the globe in 2022.
