MUSCAT– Khanco LLC beat Modern Muscat Mountains by 30 runs and Oman Cricket Academy U19 dominate Sri Lankan School Muscat U19 beating them by 60 runs.

Khanco LLC posted a total of 181 runs batting first courtesy blazing knocks by Muhammed Irfan (28 of 12 balls with 3 sixes) and Allen Danthi (25 of 9 balls with 4 fours and 1 six). Muthumurugan M and Edvin AS picked up 3 wickets each and Sidhi Suman claimed 2 wickets. In response, Modern Muscat Mountains got off to a steady start with Suseendran S (42 of 35 balls with 6 fours) and Parthipan K (35 of 24 balls with 4 fours) taking the chase ahead before Haroon Asghar struck them with a hattrick and completing his spell with 5 wickets packing them at 151 runs. Khanco LLC registered their 4th win of the league out of 6.

OCA U19’s opener Narayana Satish (39 of 68) along with crucial contribution from Mohammed Aseel (36 of 85) and Kavish Shah (30 of 75) took OCA U19 to a defendable total of 171 runs in 50 overs. Himesh Raj, Talha Khalid and Omidu Puladith were the key armers for SLSM U19 picking 2 wickets each. In response, the SLSM batmen struggled against the bowling of OCA U19 with just 3 of their batsmen able to score runs in double figures. Exceptional Bowling from Prathiesh HemaRamesh (4/15) and Kavish Shah (3/17) ensured the OCA bundle SLSM down to just 111 runs in 38.4 overs. OCA U19 register their 3rd consecutive win of the league.
