MUSCAT– The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning signed 8 new agreements in the areas of real estate development, integrated service stations, and electronic services, with investment value exceeding OMR 150 million.

The agreements further include the establishment of two cities with integrated facilities in Al-Amerat and Halban to provide 1,400 housing units within the Sorouh project, and the establishment of 5 integrated fuel stations in the governorates of Muscat, North Al-Batinah, and South Al-Batinah under the usufruct system.
