MUSCAT- The production of fish in Oman decreased by 22.4% by the end of October 2022, amounting to 556,151 tons, as compared to 716,272 tons in the same period in 2021. However, according to data issued by the National Center for Statistics and Information, the total value of fish production increased by 2.2 percent, amounting to OMR 339,592,000, as compared to the same period in 2021.
