MUSCAT : The Ministry has stated that the temporary diversion, to be in place until the completion of the road expansion project, would be open for people heading to Nizwa from the intersection of the Muscat Expressway in Rusayl.
The Ministry is undertaking the task in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police.
