MUSCAT: Dhofar University said that it has climbed 10 places up in QS World University Ranking 2023 – Arab Region.
In the QS World University Ranking 2023 – Arab Region unveiled on Wednesday, Dhofar University has been ranked 111-120 range, moving 10 places up the ranking.
It said this achievement was the culmination of the dedicated efforts of the Dhofar University family and all stakeholders.
Dhofar University was established as a private, non-profit higher education institution under Ministerial Resolution No. 2004/5 issued in January 2004, and it officially started its activities in September 2004, to become one of the leading universities in the Sultanate. It is the only university in the region offering both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in English, apart from diploma programs.
