MUSCAT: Muscat Municipality has on Wednesday announced new norms for setting up women’s beauty centers as well as hairdressing salons.
The authorities have asked that all new centers should be either on the ground floor or first floor wherever the owner wishes to set up.
The guidelines are to avoid problems faced by general public staying in the high-rise building where salons exist as of now and will reviewed by the authorities.
