MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Wednesday issued a Royal Decree granting first-class licence to Oman Technology Infrastructure Company.
According to the statement issued by Oman News Agency, the licence has been granted for the construction and operation of inactive infrastructure for telecom towers.
