MUSCAT: The Sultanate of Oman’s National Center for Statistics and Information, responsible for the development and sustainability of the economy, has issued an advisory to the general public to never disclose any information or private data to unknown parties.
All entities and individuals, who wish to conduct statistical surveys or public opinion polls, must acquire prior consent from the NCSI and avoid legal problems. It also appealed to the public interest to adhere to the advisory by never revealing their personal information or data.
