MUSCAT: The Oman Water & Wastewater Services Company (OWWSC) has on Friday tweeted stating the postponement of works to divert water assets affected by the expansion of the Rusayl-Bidbid Road.

On Thursday, the company said that water supply will be hit for 48 hours on October 17 and 18. The OWWSC executive management and members of the Shura Council of Al Dakhiliyah Governorate had met to oversee measures taken during the suspension of the water supply in the governorate due to the transfer of assets on Al Rusayl Street–Bidbid road.

OWWC also set up a call center (1442) for inquiries and stated that the general public may follow the updates of the company which will be released on various social media platforms.
