MUSCAT: The Sultanate of Oman’s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi launched the Talents and Abilities Development Program for the Ministry employees at the Diplomatic Club here on Monday evening.
The program is expected to raise the skills of employees in diplomatic work and seeks to realise the vision of the Sultanate as a friend to all peoples in the diversity of their cultures. The aim of the programme is to encourage the practice of cultural diplomacy with international professionalism and to encourage knowledge of and coexistence with other cultures.

The Talents and Abilities Development Program aims to prepare practitioners of cultural diplomacy at the highest level, drawing on individual talents and abilities and enhancing them. The goal is to raise diplomatic efficiency, international interaction in all its richness and to encourage the openness of Omani diplomats to different cultures and peoples.
A number of specialists in diplomatic, media and historical affairs presented the activities of the program while the International Center for Innovation in Education in the Federal Republic of Germany presented a number of specialized workshops.
