MUSCAT : The second session of Bilarab bin Haitham Award for Architectural Design will adopt the project to design a museum for maritime history in the Wilayat of Sur in South Sharqiyah Governorate.
Expressing gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty for the confidence in the award, His Highness, in an official statement, said: “I was honored to receive a noble order that the award, in its current session, will adopt a project to design a museum for maritime history, which will be held in the Wilayat of Sur in the South Governorate of Al Sharqiyah.”
His Highness affirmed that the award represents an incentive for Omani youth to harness all their technical capabilities and architectural skills to participate in this session, and to present innovative models and designs capable of achieving the project’s mission and goals.
