RIYADH: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia launched Nusuk (nusuk.sa), the official app that offers pilgrims to Mecca and Medina, an user-friendly planning gateway.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said that Nusuk provides a wide range of services and information to pilgrims and visitors that enable them to perform the Umrah rituals easily. Nusuk is an initiative of the Vision 2030 Pilgrim Experience Program to raise the level of quality of services provided and enrich their religious and cultural experience.
Nusuk, launched in cooperation and partnership with the Saudi Tourism Authority, is linked to the services provided on the ‘Visit Saudi’ including facilitating visas, permits, booking processes, and procedures. Nusuk also offers various packages and programs to improve and enrich the experience of the pilgrims.

The Maqam platform will continue to allow Umrah Trip Program until its services are transferred to Nusuk at a later stage.
