MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a person on charges of running over two expats.
In a statement issued, ROP said one person died due to the incident that happened in North Al Sharqiyah, while the second person was injured.
“North Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command arrested a person on charges of running over two expatriates of Asian nationality and fleeing from the scene of the accident, causing the death of one of them and the other sustaining moderate injuries. The legal procedures are being completed against him, ” ROP said.
