MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a person for running over a cyclist and fleeing the scene of the accident in South Al Batinah Governorate.
According to a ROP tweet on Wednesday: “The Police Command of South Al Batinah Governorate arrested a person on charges of running over a bicycle driver and fleeing the scene of the accident. The legal procedures against him are being completed.
