LONDON : Delegated by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, Oman’s Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, participated in the official state funeral service of Queen Elizabeth II.
The service was held at Westminster Abbey in the British capital, London on Monday. Present at the service were King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Head of the Commonwealth, members of British Royal Family and a large congregation including world leaders and their representatives.
The Foreign Minister was accompanied during the funeral service by Hussein Mohammed Muqaibel, Charge d’affaires of the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in London.
