MUSCAT : Al Buraimi Industrial City, which falls under the umbrella of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn”, organised a ceremony to honour students for their outstanding academic performance in Al Buraimi governorate under the auspices of His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Hilal bin Ali Al Habsi, Wali of Al Buraimi. The event comes in line with Al Buraimi Industrial City’s annual plan to promote and enhance the concept of social responsibility in cooperation with the companies and factories based at the industrial city.

The ceremony also marked the end of a five-day training programme on investor service excellence to equip the participants with key investor and customer service skills, and introduce them to effective communication skills, quality standards of investor service, and customer types. The programme highlighted several related topics including skills of understanding and addressing investor and client needs, negotiation skills, teamwork motivation, time and pressure management, innovative and quality customer service delivery, work performance, among other topics.
