MUSCAT: The Sultanate of Oman is ranked first in the Arab world in the new index of access to food, and third in the Arab world in the index of food quality and safety, according to ONA citing the Arab Food Security Report 2021 issued by the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development on Tuesday.
In another report released July this year, the Sultanate was ranked fourth among GCC states in another index that provides a comprehensive overview of the food security sector.
