MUSCAT : The Oman Astronomical Society, dedicated to astronomy and space sciences, has invited general public the rare chance to observe the moon and planets in Al Sahwa Public Garden on Monday evening from 6.30pm.
The society tweeted on Monday noon: “An astronomical gathering that includes several government and private agencies to observe the moon and planets will be held in the Al Sahwa Garden in the Wilayat of Seeb on Monday, September 12, 2022, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm. The invitation is general to all. Do not miss the opportunity to see the moon and its craters, Saturn and its rings, Jupiter and its moons.”
