MUSCAT: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion received nearly 13,500 calls including complaints and reports in the last six months.
In a statement issued, the Ministry said:
The call center of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion received, nearly 13,500 calls, during the past six months, which consisted of complaints and reports, as well as completing some services provided through the electronic portal.”
