MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Wednesday issued Royal Decree No. 58/2022 on granting a Class 1 license to the Oman Tower Company to establish and operate the inactive infrastructure for telecommunication towers.
Article (1) grants a first-class license to Oman Tower Company to establish and operate the inactive infrastructure for telecommunication towers, in accordance with the provisions of the license attached to this decree.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
