MUSCAT : Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit signed a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) with Omani-Qatari Telecommunications Company (Ooredoo) to enhance joint action mechanisms on exchanging expertise in the fields of information and communication technology (ICT), as well as support for programmes serving society.
The MoC was signed by Dr. Khamis Saif Al Jabri, Chairman of Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, and Noor Al Sulaiti, CEO of Ooredoo.
Through the MoC, the two sides seek to exchange solutions on developing electronic programmes towards successful digital transformation in their establishments.

The MoC opens vistas for exploring new opportunities in the field of ICT, skills of work in administrative and technical spheres in a manner that supports the goals of Oman Vision 2040 and exchanging field visits locally and regionally.
