MUSCAT: All teachers and employees in the teaching, administrative and technical bodies in all governorates of the Sultanate will return to schools starting on Sunday, August 28.
The total of 57,033 teachers in Oman, including 17,396 male and 39,637 female teachers, represent 30.5% and 69.5% respectively of the total number of teachers.
Administrators and technicians in government schools total up to 10834, which includes 4341 technicians and administrators with a percentage of 40.1%, and 6493 technical and administrative staff accounting for 59.9%.
