MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested a driver after a video showed him carrying passengers on top of his car.
The incident happened in Dhofar Governorate. “A vehicle driver was arrested after a video clip was published showing his violation of traffic rules and regulations in the Governorate of Dhofar. Legal procedures are being completed against him,” ROP added.
The video showed the driver carrying two passengers on top of his car.
