MUSCAT: The National Centre for Statistics and Information is conducting a survey to understand public opinion about government services.

The aim behind the survey is to get to know the opinions of those utilising government services by evaluating their level of satisfaction related to submitting or closing the service request.

The survey would also identify the views of beneficiaries and assess the level of satisfaction with electronic services for related services.

This includes a set of basic criteria for evaluating government services, which are — the readiness of the place to provide the service; the efficiency of service providers; the ease of procedures; the speed of completion; the cost of the service; the quality and efficiency of the service.
