MUSCAT: Anyone who put their lives at risk by attempting to cross the overflowing wadis and valleys will be dealt with firmly, the Royal Oman Police has confirmed.
Despite issuing plenty of warnings and alerts about the dangers of crossing flooding wadis, it has been observed that there is an increase in reports of detention during unstable weather conditions.
