MUSCAT: Well-known Omani filmmaker Anees Al Habib passed away at the age of 50.
Born in May 1972, Al Habib obtained a certificate in acting and directing from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Kuwait in 1994.
He later began working as an assistant director on the “City of Children” program in 1992 and an actor in the same year in the “Sawalef” series, then an executive director in the drama “Al-Manatah” and the series “Oman in History.” Al Habib also directed several television series.
