MUSCAT: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) in Oman has been deploying teams in various parts of Oman in the wake of the ongoing weather conditions.
The teams have been deployed at several tourist spots which is frequented by visitors in various governorates.
The teams would offer advice and guidance to protect visitors from possible dangers of the turbulent weather in the Sultanate.

On Monday, all hotel and tourism establishments were requested to inform tourists and guests to avoid visiting tourist sites during the turbulent weather conditions in Oman, the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has said.
All tourist sites in Oman have been temporarily closed due to the inclement weather conditions, CDAA had announced on Sunday. The decision came after several missing cases and deaths were reported in parts of Oman. Several parts of the Sultanate is witnessing heavy rainfall, and flash floods.
