MUSCAT: Football legend Samuel Eto’o along with a Cameroonian delegation arrived in Oman on Wednesday.
The visit comes as part of the preparation of the Cameroon national team to set up a training camp in Suhar ahead of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
“The Cameroon Federation delegation arrived in the Sultanate of Oman, headed by Samuel Eto’o, President of the Federation, to conduct an inspection visit to the facilities in Sohar in preparation for the establishment of the preparatory camp for the World Cup,” Oman Football Association said in a statement.
