MUSCAT: Communication services have progressively resumed in Musandam Governorate, according to a statement released on Wednesday by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA).
Following an outage caused by an underwater fibre optic cable breakdown, the authority assured that the process of restoring the communication service in its full form will be gradual.
