MUSCAT: The Directorate General of Meteorology, in a tweet, issued an advisory in the case of thunderstorms and active winds in the Sultanate.
The active downward winds may result in dust rising in some places, decreasing horizontal visibility. Residents have also been cautioned against unstable objects flying due to strong winds and to avoid valley streams.
