MUSCAT: Al Dakhiliyah Police Command arrested a citizen in Jabal Al Akhdar for deliberately crossing the valley during turbulent flow of water.
Crossing the wadi during such a time would have endangered the man’s life. Legal procedures are being completed against him by the concerned authorities.
