MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has urged motorists to avoid parking on both sides of the lane on Sultan Qaboos Street from June 27 to June 28.
The parking restrictions comes in the wake of Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi who will arrive in Oman on Monday for a two-day official visit.
In a statement issued, ROP said: “The Royal Oman Police Department of Relations and Security Media – announces that it will be prohibited to park vehicles on both sides of the lane on Sultan Qaboos Street from Al-Baraka Palace Roundabout in Al-Seeb, through Al-Sahwa Tower Roundabout, to the Wilayat of Muscat, starting from Monday until Tuesday.”
