MUSCAT: The Central Governorate Police Command arrested 18 infiltrators on the charges of entering Oman illegally. The infiltrators belonged to African nationality.
The authorities also arrested four Omani citizens who were aiding the infiltrators to enter the country. The accused have been arrested on the charges of violating laws on work and residence of foreigners.
Legal action has been taken the accused, the authorities said.
