MUSCAT: A team of firefighters managed to put out a forest fire that broke out in Mount Sara in Wilayat Ibri. No injuries due to the fire were reported.
The authorities have called on citizens and residents to avoid lighting fire for cooking near trees and to dispose cigarettes butts in a safe manner.
